What is this?
This document describes how to set up Anchor Distributors as a vendor with electronic ordering capabilities in your IRT system.
Instructions
1)
from any screen press F4 (this brings up the Lookup menu)
2)
select option 4 (this brings up the Vendor Lookup menu)
3)
press W (this brings up the vendors starting with W for Whitaker)
Check if Anchor Distributors is listed. We may be listed as Whitaker Distributors or Whitaker House. Make a note of our Vendor ID if it exists. Also, please take note of the information for our Vendor ID as it may be outdated and need to be changed.
If Anchor/Whitaker is not included in the AP115 Vendor file, or if the information is out of date, you may add or edit us into the file by entering the following information:

After you have located Whitaker or added Anchor to the AP115 Vendor file, proceed as follows:

If your store�s SAN number is not on file with us, you will need to give it to us before you can start ordering with your IRT system.
This should be all that is required to set up your IRT system to order electronically from Anchor Distributors. Please call if you have any questions or problems (800-444-4484).
